Joshua O’Neal began his real estate career in 2003, following his graduation from the University of Missouri, and quickly established himself as a detail-driven professional with a talent for strategic deal-making. Earning his certification as a real estate appraiser early on laid the groundwork for the research-focused, precision‑oriented approach that continues to define his work.
Over the course of more than two decades, Joshua has established a reputation for delivering data-driven solutions, with a strong emphasis on investor partnerships, infrastructure analysis, and complex transaction structuring. In 2024, Joshua joined EXIT Realty Premier and co‑founded Rose Rock Commercial Group alongside Bo Martin, creating a robust platform for commercial brokerage and investment services. Bo Martin is the owner and principal broker of EXIT Realty Martin & Associates in Guthrie, Oklahoma, where he leads a team dedicated to helping clients invest in all types of real estate. Launching his real estate career in 2003, Bo quickly distinguished himself by earning his Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designation. In 2006, he obtained his broker’s license, and by 2009 he had established his own brokerage in Guthrie. Just a year later, the firm was voted Best Real Estate Company by readers of the Guthrie News Leader—a testament to Bo’s high standards and client‑first philosophy.
In 2024, Bo co‑founded Rose Rock Commercial Group, expanding his focus to deliver strategic solutions for commercial investors and property owners.
